How do I make a purchase?

Shopping is easy – once you have found the item you wish to purchase select the quantity and click on “Add to cart”. You can now go on and add further items to your Shopping Cart and when you have finished click on “Checkout”.

I’ve forgotten my password – what should I do?

When you attempt to log in to your account just click on “Lost your password?” and you will receive a link via email to create a new password.

Can I purchase items that are out of stock?

A.

No, you can only add products to your Shopping Basket that in stock. In the event of a stock item being ordered whilst we are out of stock you will be contacted immediately by phone or email.

I have made a mistake – can I cancel it?

Contact us immediately and if your order hasn’t been processed we will cancel it, otherwise you must follow our returns policy.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is faulty?

Should your item be incorrect, damaged or faulty please contact us immediately so we can repair, replace or refund the product at our cost.

We deliver Australia wide – for international inquiries please contact us.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, but please be aware that PO Boxes cannot receive items above 22kg or longer than one meter.

All deliveries within Australia are free. For international deliveries please contact us.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email advising you that your goods have been dispatched and this email will contain your tracking number and tracking link.

Simply click on the tracking link and enter the tracking number to obtain tracking information.

How long does delivery take?

Items are dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving cleared payment. Depending on your location delivery normally takes 2-8 days.

Yes, a tax invoice is sent with every purchase.

How do I redeem an online promotion code?

At the check out “Have a coupon?” will appear. Simply click on this and enter your coupon code and the discount will be applied to you purchase.
