Items are dispatched from the Gold Coast within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Delivery is provided by courier or Australia Post and in most cases takes between 3 and 5 days depending on your location. Please contact us if you urgently require these goods and we can arrange a faster method for an extra cost.

Please be aware that PO Boxes cannot receive items above 22kg or longer than one meter. It is the buyers responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and make us aware of any special delivery requirements.

A tracking number is provided with larger items and signature on delivery is required. We provide insurance on all orders to cover you in the unlikely event that your delivery gets damaged or goes missing in transit.

In the event of a stock item being ordered whilst we are out of stock you will be contacted immediately by phone or email.



A  14 day return policy is offered on all products. Products must be;

  • received within 14 days of contacting us
  • be in new conditioned and not used
  • be in original packaging



All our products come with manufacturers warranty for peace of mind. Should your item be incorrect, damaged or faulty please contact us immediately so we can repair, replace or refund the product at our cost. Warranty covers product defects only – it does not cover regular wear or misuse. Return postage will be covered for warranty claims.
